Change of address
Once in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] or call+1(803)819-2298 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. [email protected]
Incorrect Address
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive your shipment within our advertised timeframe, please ensure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviation and insert spaces correctly, we are not responsible for incorrect information. Delays
However, there are some delays. If an order is delayed by more than 10 business days, we will contact you immediately.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, your order will have a tracking number that allows you to track it until it is delivered to you.
Packages Damaged in Transit
If you find a package damaged in transit, please refuse the package from the courier company if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact Customer Service to take the next step. [email protected]
Delivered Parcels
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it. You must resolve this issue with your postal service. BrideLilye is not responsible for packages that are noted as delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages indicated as delivered. If you reject any shipment from bridelilye, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM every weekday. (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.
